REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery if you have experienced a fault with the product or packaging by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and a detailed description of the fault.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your card provider or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo and full description of the error within 48 hours of delivery and we will confirm whether you are eligible for an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty or despatched to you in error. In the case of exchanges and customer returns, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a returned product/s, the cost of return shipping a replacement or alternative will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and customers remain liable for the safe return of products.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
